Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi has got a big relief from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The Punjab Haryana High Court has ordered to renew and issue Daler Mehndi’s passport. The High Court has also told Daler Mehndi that whenever the court calls him to appear, he will have to appear in the court. The High Court has given these orders to the Passport Authority including the Center regarding Passport Mehndi.

Let us tell you that singer Daler Mehndi had filed a petition in the High Court and demanded the renewal and re-issuance of his passport. The petition states that he has to attend a program abroad, where international Sufi and pop singers are participating.

His passport is expiring on March 16. So Daler Mehndi has applied for reissue and renewal of his passport, which is still pending. In such a case, immediate action should be taken on their application. After several hearings in the High Court, Daler Mehndi has finally got relief.

Let us tell you that in the case of 19-year-old Kabutar Baji, the lower court of Patiala had sentenced Daler to two years’ imprisonment. Mehndi had approached Punjab Haryana against the sentence and sought relief from the High Court. Last year, the High Court suspended Daler Mehndi’s sentence and granted bail.
