Punjab News: To realize Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s dream of making Punjab a hub for innovative ideas and startups, Punjab Minister for Employment, Skill Development and Training Aman Arora said that the skills of the youth living in rural and remote areas An environment suitable for refinement is being developed.
He was addressing a large gathering of people in the auditorium hall of Amity University, SAS Nagar (Mohali), where the District Administration, SAS Nagar, in collaboration with the District Employment and Entrepreneurship Bureau here “ What an idea! Startup Challenge” grand finale was conducted.
Motivating the winners of the grand finale, Aman Arora said that this is just the beginning and their unique and valuable ideas can take them to greater heights of success in life. He said that it is only a platform to move forward to achieve bigger goals in life.
Director Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training Deepti Uppal said that the main objective of the competition was to provide a platform to the local population and students to present their latest business ideas and promote entrepreneurship. Aman Arora distributed prizes to the winners of Innovative Startup Ideas and wished them all the best for the future.
Rajat Narang first prize of Rs.50,000/- for ‘Digital Chowkidar’ project in student category, Kaushal Malhotra second prize of Rs.30,000/- for ‘Aerogen’ startup project and Jaspreet Kaur got Rs.20,000/- for innovative use of stubble project. Won third prize of Rs.
Dr. in the open category. Gauri Jayamurugan won the first prize of Rs.50000/- for the startup project of Bio-Sunscreen, Gaurav Bali won the second prize of Rs.30,000/- for the startup project of Carewell360 and Saswat Patnaik won the third prize of Rs.20,000/- for the startup project of Resnote.
