Sukhbir Badal said- Punjab Govt (Punjab Govt) has given advertisements worth Rs.750 crore so far. But not even a penny was given to the flood victims. Punjab is the only state in India which does not have its own capital. After the conference, Sukhbir Badal paid tribute to Shaheed Karnail Singh.
