Last Sunday, the missing bus of Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) from Chandigarh to Manali in Himachal has been found. There has been news of this PRTC bus sinking in the Beas river. This bus had left from Chandigarh to Manali. Even after 4 days there was no trace of the bus.
The number of the bus is said to be PB65-4893. It is learned that the dead body of the driver has been found. The conductor is still missing. Some people present at the accident site are claiming that they have seen 3 to 4 buses falling into the river with their own eyes. The phone of the driver conductor was not working for the last four days. In such a situation, anxiety increased.
The department is still refusing to give any information in this matter. The department has not even found out the exact number of passengers so far. According to sources, a team of PRTC has left today to find this bus on the Manali route. The family members of the driver and conductor are said to have gone with the team. It is worth mentioning that this bus left the bus stand of Sector 43 around 2:30 pm on Sunday. It was supposed to reach Manali at 3 am on Monday, but due to heavy rain in Himachal, the bus could not reach there.
