Chandigarh: The Aam Aadmi Party had started to surround Bajwa after the statement made by Congress leader and Leader of Opposition Pratap Singh Bajwa about Dalit MLAs. After which today Pratap Bajwa clarified and said that Dalit community is the crown of our head. He said that he has always been considering this community as the crown of his head.

Bajwa said that the statement given by me has been distorted. He said that Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal had sought an appointment from Rahul Gandhi which was opposed by several other senior leaders including the Punjab Congress.

Bajwa said that even today we believe that Aam Aadmi Party is the B team of RSS. He said that Aam Adam Party plays an important role in the plan of BJP and RSS to make Congress-free India.

They said that there was nothing objectionable in my speech. He questioned Aam Aadmi Party leaders for double standards. He said that my entire speech was to expose Kejriwal’s lies. Targeting Kejriwal, he said that the man who called himself an Aam Aadmi has been given vehicles worth 2.5 crores by the Chief Minister of Punjab.

Bajwa said that the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government did not like the idea of all parties coming together in favor of Baljinder Singh Hamdard. He said that every party in the state will stand up for the freedom of the press. Accusing Bajwa, he said that after all this matter, the Punjab government has started all this work against me.

Along with this, he asked Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Harpal Cheema that what happened to the claim of Deputy CM to Dalit? Which Arvind Kejriwal promised to the people of the state during the 2022 assembly elections.

He questioned and said that the Punjab government did not find any Dalit leader worthy from the entire state?

Bajwa said that our government made Charanjit Singh Channi the Chief Minister of Punjab keeping the Dalit face in the main.

Along with this, Bajwa has repeatedly demanded protection from the victim in the objectionable video case, but the Punjab government has not taken any action so far. Bajwa said that the National Scheduled Castes Commission has given a notice to the Punjab government in the case of the alleged ‘objectionable’ video of Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak, but no action has been taken so far.

Bajwa advised Finance Minister Harpal Cheema that instead of raising such weak issues, he should focus on the real issues of Punjab so that Punjab can be on the path of progress. Apart from this, former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi launched a sharp attack on the Punjab government and said that those who call themselves milk washers have ruined Punjab.
