Patiala Police has got great success. The police of Patiala's Tripari police station area have arrested a 30-year-old male resident of Malerkotla along with three illegal weapons. It is being told that the arrested youth is Kaif Shama who was wanted by the Ropar police.
A 32 bore pistol, a 32 bore revolver with California written on it and a 315 bore country pistol were recovered from the arrested youth. Apart from this, 6 cartridges have also been recovered from this accused.
DSP City-2 Jagjit Singh said during the press conference that Inspector Gurpreet Singh Bhinder and his police team had blockaded near village Rongla on the evening of February 23. Meanwhile, Kaif Shama, who was walking, was stopped on suspicion.
According to the police, after searching his bag, three illegal weapons were recovered. In January 2022, the police of Thana Sadar Ropar registered a case against the accused under the Arms Act and in this case he was declared a fugitive by the court.
