AAP MP from Punjab suspended from Lok Sabha

Jalandhar MP Sushil Rinku has been suspended for the entire monsoon session of the Lok Sabha. Lok Sabha Speaker has taken this decision against Sushil Rinku after the resolution brought by BJP and BJP supporters in Lok Sabha. Rinku had opposed the bill brought in Delhi in the Lok Sabha and went to Well and tore copies of the bill.

In fact, a bill was brought in the Lok Sabha today regarding the ongoing dispute between Delhi and the ‘AAP’ government at the Centre. In which a decision has been taken by the central government to control the bureaucracy.

Sushil Rinku said that this is an attack on the federal structure. The central government is violating the orders of the Supreme Court. Their rights are being taken away from the elected government of Delhi.

Along with this, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that Delhi is not a state but a Union Territory. Then where did the talk of taking away the rights of the states come from? This provision is in the constitution itself.

Sushil Rinku is the only Lok Sabha member of Aam Aadmi Party, who won the election from Jalandhar Lok Sabha constituency and took oath as Member of Parliament before the start of Monsoon session. There is no party member in the Lok Sabha after the Delhi Seva Bill was suspended for the entire session after it was torn up in a well and thrown in the air.

On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh has also been suspended from the Rajya Sabha.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi brought the proposal

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi termed it an insult to the House after Lok Sabha member Sushil Rinku took the bill well and tore it near the Speaker’s chair and tossed it in the air. On this, he asked Speaker Om Birla to suspend him from the House. On this, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha said that you bring a resolution. He also said that he tried hard to convince the new honorable members in the House but they did not agree.

After this, Prahlad Joshi presented a proposal in Parliament to suspend MP Sushil Rinku for the entire monsoon session. On which the Speaker of the Lok Sabha asked the House to answer yes in favor of the resolution and no in opposition. But most of the members answered yes. He agreed with the yes of the MPs and said that they suspend Sushil Rinku for the rest of the monsoon session.
