Grated cheese – 1.5 cups
Gram flour – 2 cups
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Green chili chopped – 3-4
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 3 tbsp
Oil
salt – as per taste

Paneer Chilla Recipe
To make paneer chilla, first take paneer and grate it. Now put gram flour in a deep bottom vessel and add finely chopped green chilies, green coriander, chaat masala and celery to it and mix well. Now add water little by little and prepare gram flour batter. Keep in mind that gram flour batter should not be too thin or thick.

Now put a nonstick pan on medium heat to heat it. When the tawa becomes hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. Now take gram flour batter in a bowl and pour it in the center of the griddle and spread it round and round. After this, sprinkle grated cheese all over the cheela and press it lightly with the help of a spoon.
