Dudh Ki Malai – 1 cup
Flour – 1 bowl
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar powder – as per taste
Desi ghee – as required
Salt – 1 pinch

To make Malai Paratha full of taste, first of all put flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt to it and mix. Now add water little by little to the flour and knead the dough.
