Essential Qualification-
1. Food Standards – Candidate should have Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Agricultural Science or Animal Science or Fisheries Science or Biotechnology or Food Safety or Food Technology, Food and. Associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by passing an examination in the Food Analysts Section conducted by a University established by law in India or by the Institution of Chemists (India) in Nutrition or Dairy Technology or Oil Technology or Veterinary Science.
2. Junior Constituent – Candidate should have Master or Post Master in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Agricultural Science or Animal Science or Fisheries Science or Biotechnology or Food Safety or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition or Dairy (FSSAI Recruitment 2023). or doctoral degree in technology. in Oil Technology or Veterinary Science from a University established by law in India or an Associate of the Institute of Chemists (India) by examination in the Food Analysts Section conducted by the Institution of Chemists (India).
