This feature of WhatsApp will be available to use in the current avatar pack. This feature is currently available in WhatsApp Beta Android 2.23.16.12 version. So this feature has been released for some users, who are beta testers. For this latest feature beta users have to update to the latest beta version from Google Play Store.

Wabetainfo shared an animated image showing the avatar version. Users will be able to easily send their animated avatar while chatting with anyone. Wabetainfo has already told about this feature, he said that this feature is still being developed and many dynamic elements are visible in the avatar.
