Notice to farmers-sarpanches before Amit Shah’s rally

Amit Shah Rally in Haryana: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has a rally in Haryana’s Sirsa on June 18. In view of the protests taking place in the rallies, strict instructions have been given to the district administration. In such a situation, the district administration has already identified such people who can oppose the rally. No farmer leader, sarpanch and politician should protest in the rally, so the administration has sent notices to them.

These notices have been sent through the court of SDM. Among the people to whom the administration has sent notices are those opposing Chief Minister Manohar Lal’s Jan Samwad programme. The administration has sent notices to around 130 people. Also, the government has started the process of detaining the protestors.

Let it be said that on the completion of 9 years of the Modi government at the Centre, the BJP has started preparing for the next elections. In this regard, the first election rally in Haryana is going to be held in Sirsa on June 18. Through this rally BJP is trying to show its hold in Sirsa Lok Sabha constituency. Currently Sirsa Member of Parliament Sunita Duggal belongs to the BJP but only two of the nine assembly constituencies of this Lok Sabha constituency have BJP MLAs.

Two thousand police personnel will take over the front

Director General of Police PK Aggarwal and CID chief Alok Mittal on Friday held a meeting with police officials of Sirsa and nearby districts regarding the security arrangements during Home Minister Amit Shah’s rally. Around two thousand policemen will be deployed from Sirsa, Fatehabad and Hisar during Amit Shah’s Sirsa rally.

Seven duty magistrates have been appointed to ensure smooth conduct of the rally. Apart from this, 15 IPS officers have been placed in charge of the zone. Chief Minister Manohar Lal has been opposed from Sirsa. Due to which people with suspicious activities are being monitored in this regard.

What did the SP say on the notice?

Regarding the issuance of the notice, the District SP says that when there is a possibility of disturbance of peace, in such a situation, in order to maintain law and order, they register a writ against the said persons under Section 107/150 of the CrPC and impose a ban. The SP said that no one has been arrested in this connection. Such arrangements have been made by the police to maintain peace.
