NDRF team leaves India with relief material to help Turkey

A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Secretariat said that NDRF and medical teams with relief materials have been sent to Turkey in coordination with the Turkish government.

This includes specialized search and rescue teams of the NDRF, including male and female personnel, dog teams, medical supplies, advanced ‘drilling’ equipment and other equipment required for relief operations.

India, practicing the religion of humanity at the time of this disaster, has announced to give all possible help to Turkey, which is supporting Pakistan on the issue of Kashmir. While Pakistan has not announced any help yet.

The team has left India to help earthquake-hit Turkey. NDRF officer Mohsen Shahidi said that many people have died due to the terrible earthquake in Turkey and Syria. In view of this, the Government of India has decided to send 2 teams of NDRF there. It is being told that NDRF The team has left for Turkey from Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad with a team of trained dogs and essential equipment.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, PM Modi tweeted, ‘Saddened by the loss of life and property caused by the earthquake in Turkey. Sympathy with the bereaved families. I wish the injured a speedy recovery. India stands in solidarity with the people of Turkey and is ready to provide all possible assistance to face this tragedy.
