In Ludhiana, Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu's gunman has died due to bullet injury under suspicious circumstances. This CISF jawan was posted at Bittu's Government House near Rose Garden. Late at night, a bullet fired from a pistol entered the neck and passed through the head. Bittu was not at home at that time. The police of the police station division number 8 is engaged in the investigation of the case.
The deceased jawan has been identified as Sandeep Kumar (32) resident of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The entire area shook with the sound of gunshots. When his colleagues stationed there approached his room, Sandeep was lying on the ground in a pool of blood. The jawans immediately informed their senior officers about it.
After information, CISF and Punjab Police officials reached the spot. The entire matter is being investigated. The officials continued to check the CCTV cameras installed in Bittu's house till late night.
