Moong Dal – 1 bowl
Gram flour – 2 bowls
Chopped green onions – 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped – 2
Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Dry mango – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 spoon
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp

How to make Moong Dal Chilla
To make Moong Dal Chilla, first take the lentils and put them in a vessel. After this, cut green coriander leaves, green chillies and green onions into fine pieces. Now add them to the lentils and mix well. After this, add 2 bowls of gram flour to the lentils and mix it well with all the ingredients. The mixture will become wet due to pulses. In this situation, prepare a thin batter for the cheela by adding very little water and mix salt as per taste.
