The Ferozepur Central Jail Administration was continuously recovering mobile phones and prohibited items from the prisoners and convicts inside the jail. Now a mobile phone has been found among the most secure mills in the jail. Another mobile phone was kept hidden near the toilet of the mill, which has been confiscated by the jail administration.

Giving information, Assistant Jail Superintendent of Ferozepur Central Jail Sukhjinder Singh said that he was checking along with fellow employees. When they reached Amit Kumar, a gangster locked up in Chakki No. 9, they found a mobile phone hidden inside polythene in his toilet.
Sukhjinder Singh said that a phone has also been recovered from the toilet of mill number 2. ASI Gurmail Singh of Thana City Ferozepur has registered a case against gangster Amit Kumar and an unknown person.
