A 23-year-old youth was brutally murdered by unknown people at Dallewal village in Beit area of Garhshankar. The deceased has been identified as Rajinder Kumar alias Ravi. He was 23 years old. The deceased was the only family member of two sisters.
Giving information, the family members said that Rajinder had gone out of the house with his friends yesterday afternoon and after some time the mobile phones of Rajinder and his friends started going off, after which the family members started looking for Rajinder.
The family members of the deceased Rajendra informed the police about the entire incident. The police started investigating the whole matter. The boys of the village continued to look for Rajinder till morning, then they found Ravi’s motorcycle standing on a dirt road in the forest in the boundary of Gondpur Jai Chand village of Himachal Pradesh on the way from Mahindwani village to Krashar.
The boys went to the forest and found the dead body of Rajinder Kumar alias Ravi there. After this, the Punjab police arrived and since the place of killing was in Himachal Pradesh, the police informed Himachal Pradesh. After this, the officials of Himachal Police started the investigation of the entire case at the place of the murder and started searching for the accused.

There is also news that the boys who took Rajendra on the bike are also missing and their mobile phones are also switched off. The family alleges that Rajendra’s murder must have been committed by the two youths who took him.
