‘It is wrong to hold the state responsible for pollution’
Minister Brahm Shankar Jimpa has said that Union Minister Hardeep Puri’s holding the Punjab government responsible for the pollution in Delhi due to stubble burning is absolutely wrong. For this, the Punjab government is not responsible and the work is being done by them at their own level. Therefore, it is wrong to hold a state responsible for pollution.
