Mann and Kejriwal will dedicate 80 new clinics to the people

New Aam Aadmi Clinics Punjab: Reiterating their commitment to provide free quality health facilities to the people, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will dedicate 80 Aam Aadmi Clinics to the people of the state tomorrow (Friday) at Ludhiana.

Giving information in this regard, the spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said that with this, about 580 Aam Aadmi Clinics in the state will become functional to provide free health services to the people. It may be mentioned that in the first phase 100 clinics were dedicated and in the second phase 404 and now 80 clinics will be dedicated in the service of the state. Aam Aadmi Clinic is the dream project of the Chief Minister, which is his top priority with the aim of welfare of the people and these clinics are already proving effective in providing quality healthcare services to the people.

Equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, these clinics are providing world-class treatment and examination facilities to the people free of charge. So far 25.63 lakh patients have been treated in these Aam Aadmi clinics across the state. Similarly, a total of 41 types of tests are being conducted free of cost at these clinics and 1.78 lakh patients have undergone these tests till April 30.

Apart from this, these clinics have helped the government in preparing a database for diagnosing various diseases in the state and combating them effectively. A total of 80 medicines are being given to patients free of cost in these clinics. The spokesman said that the medicines are mostly used for BP, diabetes, skin diseases, seasonal diseases like viral fever and others.
