According to the big news received from the capital Delhi, the Rouse Avenue Court has reserved the decision on the bail plea of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the CBI case related to irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy case. Today, in this regard, Special Judge MK Nagpal will give his verdict on Sisodia’s bail on March 31.
Please inform that, Manish Sisodia was earlier arrested by CBI in Delhi’s liquor policy scam. After that the CBI interrogated him on remand and produced him in the court and sent him to jail. After which the ED arrested him on March 9 while investigating the money trail in the same case. On the other hand, the next day, after presenting in the court, he was taken on 7-day police custody remand, accusing him of not cooperating in the investigation against Sisodia.
On the other hand, former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia has also not got relief today in the Delhi Excise Policy case on April 22. He was produced in a Delhi court. Where the court sent him to judicial custody till the coming 5th April.
