The police have arrested a person who placed heavy bets. Hauldar Charanjit Singh said that the informant reported that Harprarit Singh alias Basa resident of Doraha Beant Singh Chowk is walking around near Doraha writing hard bet slips and making noises to the passers-by. The accused was arrested and cash amount of 3500 rupees was recovered from him. A case has been registered against the accused.
