Ingredients to make Sabudana Rings
Sabudana – 2 cups
Peanuts – 1 cup
Potatoes boiled – 2-3
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 3-4
Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Sabudana Rings
To make flavourful Sabudana Rings, first clean the Sabudana and wash them thoroughly two-three times with water and soak them for 1 hour. After the fixed time, drain the water and keep the sabudana covered overnight. By doing this, the sago will become very soft and its taste will be very good. Now boil the potatoes and mash them after removing their skins and putting them in a mixing bowl.
After this put peanuts in the pan and dry roast them on low flame. After turning off the gas, let the peanuts cool down for some time. After this, grind peanuts and green chilies together. Now add ground peanuts and chillies to the mashed potatoes and mix. After this, put the sago soaked overnight in the bowl and mix it well with potato-peanuts.

Now mix black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, green coriander and salt as per taste in this mixture. Now grease your palms with oil and then take the mixture in your hand and make it round, then flatten it by pressing it with your palms. After this make a hole in the middle of it with your finger. Now keep the sago rings separately in a plate. Similarly prepare Sabudana rings from all the mixture.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, put sago rings in it according to the capacity of the pan and deep fry them. Fry the sago rings alternately so that they become golden and crispy from both the sides. After this, take out the sago rings in a plate. Similarly deep fry all the sabudana rings. Tasty Sabudana Rings snacks are ready. You can also serve them with evening tea.
