Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Egg – 2
Potato – 4 chopped
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 tbsp finely chopped

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Green chili – 2 finely chopped
Whole cumin – 1/2 tsp
Tomato – 2 chopped
Butter – 2 tbsp
coriander leaves – chopped
Curry leaves – 2-3
salt – as per taste
water – as required

Bread Egg Upma Recipe
Keep a pan on the gas. Put butter in it. Now add cumin and fry it. Finely chop potatoes, onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Add garlic, ginger, green chili, onion, curry leaves to the cumin pan and fry. Now add potatoes and fry them. Then add chili powder, turmeric and salt and cook. When the potato is cooked, break the egg and put it in it.
