Major train accident: Hazara Express going to Rawalpindi

Pakistan Hazara Express Train Derailed: A major train accident has occurred in Pakistan today on Sunday afternoon. Several coaches of Hazara Express going to Rawalpindi derailed. Giving information about the victims of the accident, the officials said that at least 20 people died in this accident while 50 people were injured.

According to media reports, at least 50 people were injured when 10 coaches of Hazara Express bound for Rawalpindi derailed near Sarhari railway station between Shahzadpur and Nawabshah. While 20 people lost their lives in this accident.

The injured have been admitted to People’s Medical Hospital in Nawabshah. It is feared that more people may be injured in this accident, as officials say that the reason for derailment of the bogies has not been ascertained.
