Lookout circular issued against Manpreet Badal

Former finance minister of Punjab, BJP leader Manpreet Badal has withdrawn his bail plea. Manpreet had sought anticipatory bail from the Bathinda Sessions Court. His lawyer Sukhwinder Singh Bhinder said that the investigation was on when the petition was filed. Now that a case has been registered in this matter, we will file a petition with new facts.

Looking at the possibility of Manpreet Badal fleeing abroad, a Lookout Circular (LOC) has been issued. In this regard, an alert has been issued at all airports. Vigilance suspects that Manpreet Badal may flee abroad after the case is registered.

The Vigilance Bureau has registered a case of fraud against Manpreet Badal in the land allotment case. Apart from Manpreet, 5 other accused were nominated in this case. Manpreet Badal had sought anticipatory bail from the court four days ago to avoid arrest.

After which the sword of arrest is hanging on Manpreet Badal. In search of Manpreet, the Vigilance Bureau also raided his house in Badal village of Muktsar yesterday. However, Manpreet Badal was not found there.
