According to NIA, Lakhbir Singh has prepared 70 sleeper cells to carry out the incidents in Punjab. A sleeper cell consists of 2-3 people. There are some sleeper cells which are not currently active. Khalistan slogans are being written on the walls from some sleeper cells. For which they are given from 5 to 20 thousand rupees.
Sleeper cells do not go to each other
Yesterday, the agencies of Punjab revealed that there are more than 150 members out of 70 sleeper cells in Punjab. In a sleeper cell, only 2-3 members are allowed to visit each other. The rest of the sleeper cell members do not even know each other. Only 1 or 2 sleeper cell members are present when the arms shipment arrives. While the other members are ignorant. On the other hand, the agencies say that the risk has increased due to the festivals.
