Sanskar Virudh (Processing Incompatibility) – Consuming warm honey

Reverse order – drinking hot water after taking honey

Matra Virudh (Dosage Incompatibility) – Eating honey and cow’s ghee mixed in equal proportion

Virya Vriddh (Shakti Incompatibility) – Consuming fish and milk together

Kaal Virudh – (inconsistency of time) Eating pungent food in summer and cold food in winter

Order inconsistency – eating curd at night

Avoidance (Restrictive Incompatibility) – Drinking cold water immediately after drinking hot tea or coffee

These common mistakes of food in daily life are examples of anti-diet

1 garlic bread and tea

Tea contains a substance called coumarins. It can cause blood clots in the body. The tea, when taken along with any diet containing garlic, can cause blood clotting in your body. That’s why never take garlic bread or garlic test chips, wafers, etc. with tea.

2 Mixing milk in green tea or black tea (green tea and black tea with milk)

According to the National Library of Medicine, tea contains flavonoids called catechins, which are beneficial for heart health. When milk is added to tea, the casein protein found in milk reduces the effect of catechins. That’s why the use of milk with tea is prohibited in Ayurveda.

3 Raita and kheer together

This is the most common mistake, which is being repeated almost everywhere in the name of traditional Indian thali. In which kheer made of milk and raita or buttermilk made of curd are served in the same plate.

If milk and curd are consumed together, it causes the milk to coagulate in the stomach, which can cause stomach ulcers or a burning sensation. That’s why you should always avoid eating these two things together.
