1. Basil leaves water

Wash and boil basil leaves and gargle with it. Apart from this, it has been found in a research that taking steam of basil leaves gives relief from throat pain. Actually, Tulsi leaves act as an adaptogen. An adaptogen is a substance that has been shown to help reduce the effects of infectious stress on the body. One study found that due to its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, basil leaves have been used as a home remedy for cough and cold.


2. Salt water

For this, mix one teaspoon of salt in a glass of lukewarm water. Gargle with this water two to three times a day. Throat pain is relieved. Along with this, the infection that develops in the throat also goes away. The anti-viral properties present in it protect the throat from damage.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

Take a glass of lukewarm water and add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of vinegar to it. Now sip it and gargle. You will start getting relief from the throat. Antimicrobial and antiinflammatory properties found in it throat and nose infections works to remove.

4. Clove and Honey

Soak one clove in one spoon of honey overnight. Take out the cloves the next day and set them aside. Now lick that honey. This gives relief in throat pain.

5. Milk and Ginger

600 ml 1 inch ginger in milk Grind and add. After that mix two cloves, one teaspoon cinnamon and palm sugar and keep it on a low flame. After cooking for half an hour, drink this milk little by little two to three times a day. Allergens present in your throat will go away on their own


6. Licorice decoction

To make it, take a glass of water in a vessel. Add one spoon liquorice powder to it. After this, mix two cloves, two thick cardamom, basil leaves and a pinch of black pepper and boil it for some time. Now drink it sip by sip after it cools down a bit. This gives relief to the throat.

7. Ginger, Black Pepper and Honey

Squeeze two inches of ginger tightly. Mix its juice in one spoon of honey. After this add a pinch of black pepper to it. Now lick it little by little.
