1 Spinach Pasta

Children eat pasta with gusto. Apart from finely chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes, while making semolina pasta, add a handful of finely chopped spinach while roasting.
When the spinach water dries up, grate 1-2 cloves of garlic and ½ inch piece of ginger and add. After this add pasta and tomato sauce.

2 Green Idli

Grind 2 cloves of garlic, 1 green chili in a mixer along with 2 handfuls of spinach. Prepare idli in idli stand by adding 1 bowl semolina, 1 spoon gram flour, salt. Let it be eaten with coconut chutney.

Spinach Pizza

Dissolve the flour in curd and keep it overnight. Prepare pizza base by mixing more flour in the fermented solution in the morning. Apply a layer of tomato sauce. Spread chopped mushrooms, a few grains of corn, a handful of finely chopped spinach, a tomato on it. Add cheese and bake in the oven. Kids will love this healthy Spinach Pizza.

Grind the spinach and prepare the solution. Add gram flour prepared from moong dal or chana dal along with finely chopped spring onions. Feed hot cheela. Sprinkling oregano and chilli flakes on it like pizza, kids will relish eating it with gusto.
