Milk – 2 cups
Semolina – 1 cup

Pistachios – 8 to 10
Raisins – 8 to 10
Makhana – 10 to 12


Prepare aloe vera pudding like this

  • First of all, wash the aloe vera leaves and cut them from above and keep them standing for 30 minutes. By doing this all the yellowness of aloe vera will be removed.
  • After this, you have to grind aloe vera and prepare its paste.
  • Now take a cup of semolina in a bowl. Add aloe vera paste to it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, put ghee in the pan and fry the khoya. Also, finely chop the dry fruits and keep them separately. Now you will see that the mixture of semolina and aloe vera is ready.
  • Now heat the pan and add some ghee to it. Now roast the chopped dry fruits and keep them aside.
  • In the next step, add semolina and aloe vera mixture and start roasting it rapidly. Add desi khand to it and mix well and also add khoya.
  • Mix everything well and add milk. During this time the mixture will start getting thick.
  • Now add saffron threads and add cardamom powder to it. Fry all the things on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and add dry fruits.
  • Hot Aloe Vera Halwa is ready to be served, just enjoy.
