Chandigarh has got a new SSP. Kanwardeep Kaur has been appointed as the new SSP of Chandigarh. Kanwardeep Kaur is a 2013 batch IPS officer. Kanwardeep Kaur who was currently serving as SSP Ferozepur. Now she has become the SSP of Chandigarh. She will be the second woman SSP of Chandigarh. The first woman SSP here was Nilambari Vijay Jagdale, a 2008 batch IPS officer of the Punjab cadre who was posted in Chandigarh from 2017 to 2020.
