Khalsa Sajna Diwas: On the occasion of Khalsa Sajna Day (Vaisakhi), the pilgrims going to visit the Gurdhams in Pakistan will be dispatched from the Shiromani Committee office at 8:30 am tomorrow, April 9. Shiromani Committee has entrusted the leadership of the Jathe to Shiromani Committee member Amarjit Singh Bhaliapur, while Balwinder Singh Veimpui and former secretary Kulwant Singh Randhawa will go with him as deputy leaders of the Jathe.

During the distribution of passports with visas to the pilgrims on Saturday, Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami said that every Sikh wants to visit the Sikh Gurdhams left in Pakistan and it is natural for the pilgrims who are going to the Jatha to be excited and happy. is He said that the Shiromani Committee has made all necessary arrangements for the group and tomorrow the Sangat will be sent off from the Shiromani Committee office as per panthic traditions.

He said that the Shiromani Committee had sent passports of 1161 pilgrims for VJ, out of which 109 pilgrims were not issued VJ by Pakistan Embassy in Delhi. They appealed to the governments to give VJ with an open heart. In response to a question, he said that like every time, goods will be sent with the team as per demand.
