Ingredients to make Masala Onion Roti
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion – 3/4 cup
Green chili – 1
Green coriander – 1 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Onion-garlic masala – 1/4 tsp
Desi ghee – as needed
salt – as per taste

To make delicious Masala Onion Roti, first of all, take an onion and peel off its top and cut it into fine pieces. After this, finely chop green chillies and green coriander leaves. Now take a big mixing bowl and put wheat flour and gram flour in it and mix both of them well. After this add cumin, turmeric, red chili powder and mix.
