The teams of Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals will face each other in Dubai on Sunday in Qualifier-1 of IPL season-14. The match will be played from 7.30 pm Indian time.
The winner of Qualifier-1 will advance directly to the final, while the losing team will have another chance to win the tournament. That team will advance to Qualifier-02 against the winning team.
It is to be mentioned that Chennai team could not make its place in the playoffs last year. Chennai have participated in the IPL 12 times so far, 11 of which they have qualified for the playoffs.
On the other hand, if we talk about the Delhi team, the Delhi Capitals team has been at the top this season. Despite the postponement of the tournament due to the Corona epidemic, Delhi continued its good run. However, Delhi lost their last match to RCB.
Let it be known that there have been 25 matches between the two teams in the IPL so far. Meanwhile, Chennai have won 15 matches, while Delhi have won just 10 matches. In the IPL so far, Chennai have made it to the final eight times. Out of which Chennai team has become 3 time champion. But the Pant-led Delhi team has done well this season, learning from its past mistakes. Chennai’s strength depends more on their batting while Delhi’s bowling is a strength for them.
