Instagram has tweeted information about this feature. “You can now add your avatar to the other side of your photo – and people who visit your profile can flip between the two,” according to Instagram’s tweet.
How to use dynamic profile picture feature on Instagram-
- To use this feature, you have to follow the steps given here to use the new feature of the Instagram platform-
- First open the Instagram app and then go to Profile.
- After that tap on Edit Profile.
- Now add avatar using your camera and use customization option.
- Now every time someone opens your profile your profile photo will flip between image and avatar.
In addition, avatars can be shared across the company’s Quest and VR platforms as stickers, profile pictures, feeds, and more. The Avatar feature includes new face sizes as well as accessories for disabled people.
Instagram chief Adam Mosseri recently said that the company will focus more on photos in 2023. He also admitted that the photo-sharing platform has been showing a lot of videos in the last one year but photos are not visible. He further said that Instagram is a photo-driven platform and because of this the importance of photos on Instagram will continue.
