Targeting the opposition parties, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said that they should not explain what patriotism is. He said that the biggest concern is in which hands the country will go after independence. He said that the reins of the country are in our hands for 76 years and we have to tell what we have done for the country. He asked the child to know the history of the country.

CM Mann said that yesterday 14 August 1947 was the painful day of partition. About 1 million people were killed in the partition of India-Pakistan, people were bleeding everywhere. He said that the people of Punjab were divided. That is why Punjab knows more about the price of freedom.
76 Aam Aadmi Clinics started in Punjab
CM Mann said that the top priority of the Punjab government is health, education, employment-trade and agriculture. He said that today 76 Aam Aadmi Clinics have started in Punjab. Now there are 659 Aam Aadmi clinics where medicines and medical tests are done free of cost. People will get all the facilities in the village itself.
Registration of ‘Khedan Watan Punjab Di’ started
Chief Minister said that the registration for ‘Khedan Watan Punjab Di’ has been started. He said that under this, traditional games were also conducted earlier and again these games are being brought in schools.
CM Mann said that 90 percent of the families in Punjab get zero electricity bill. Despite this, the electricity board did not allow losses. He gave an example of robbery in the old governments and said that in four and a half years people were robbed and in the last six months they were cheated by acting as omens.
But the AAP government is doing the work of public interest first and not repeating the tradition of Shagan scheme. He said that Punjab is indebted to martyrs.

Chief Minister Mann said that a special type of speedy operation will be launched to catch the drug smugglers/suppliers in Punjab. He said that by next year, the stigma of drugs will be eradicated from the entire Punjab. He said that the youth will be given employment in Punjab so that they do not have to go abroad.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said that a special Girdavari is being conducted after the flood. Special Girdavari has arrived and checks will be given to some farmers today. The state government will give the compensation amount in the bank account of every farmer, laborer and daily wage earner. CM Mann concluded his address by saying “Long live the revolution”.
