In Jalandhar, the RPF female constable ended her life by hanging herself

RPF female constable committed suicide by hanging in railway colony of Jalandhar. The deceased has been identified as Anisha (24). She was originally from Rajasthan. Anisha’s husband also lived with her in Railway Colony. The police of the Navi Baradri police station have started the investigation into the matter.

SHO of Navi Baradri police station Ravinder Kumar said that the actual cause of death will be known after the post-mortem. Currently, in the preliminary investigation, it seems to be a case of suicide by hanging.

Late on Wednesday evening, the police recovered the body of the woman from inside the railway quarters in Railway Colony. SHO Ravinder Kumar said that the body has been kept in the mortuary of Civil Hospital Jalandhar.
