Now this case and team will be led by Joint Investigator, Crime Lakshmi Gautam. It may be known that this month the said student had committed suicide by jumping from the 7th floor of the hostel. On the other hand, the family of the deceased had made a serious allegation that he was being harassed in the name of caste.

In fact, an 18-year-old student of IIT Bombay had died earlier this month after jumping from the seventh floor of his hostel building on the institute’s campus in Powai. At the same time, no suicide note was recovered after the incident. The said B.Tech student Darshan Solanki was a resident of Ahmedabad. She had enrolled for the course three months back and her first semester exams were over on Saturday. Then in the case, a student group alleged that discrimination against SC students on campus had driven him to suicide.

On the other hand, regarding the alleged suicide of this student in IIT Bombay, the 50th Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud had expressed concern over the incidents of alleged suicides by the students on Saturday and said that his condolences to the bereaved families of the victims. There is sensation. He had said, “I am wondering where our institutions are doing wrong that students are being forced to take their own lives.”
