Senior IAS officer VK Singh today took charge as Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister in the presence of senior officials of the state government. He further said that better coordination between civil, police and other departments should also be ensured which is in the larger interest of the border state. The Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister asked the officers who came to congratulate them on assuming office to perform their duties with more diligence and diligence so that the people can get maximum benefits.
