Ingredients to make Garlic Bhindi Masala
Bhindi – 1/2 kg
Garlic cloves – 7-8
Onion finely chopped – 1
Green chili – 2-3
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato finely chopped – 1
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – according to the test

Garlic Okra Masala Recipe
To make Lehsuni Bhindi Masala, first wash the bhindi with clean water. After that wipe them with a dry cloth and make an incision in the middle of them with the help of a knife. After this, cut finely pieces of onion and garlic as well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and fry it. When the cumin starts crackling, add chopped garlic to it and fry for a few seconds.
When the aroma starts coming from the spices, add lady finger to it, mix it well with the spices and cook. After cooking bhindi for 2-3 minutes, when the broken pieces become soft, then add turmeric, dried mango powder and salt as per taste, mix well and let it cook. When the bhindi is fried well, turn off the gas, cover the pan and keep it aside.

Now take another pan and put some oil in it and heat it. After the oil is hot, add green chilies and finely chopped onions to it and fry till the color of the onions turns light brown. After this add ginger-garlic paste to the spices and fry while stirring. When the aroma starts coming from the spices, add finely chopped tomatoes to it and cook. When the tomatoes become soft, add salt as per taste and cook it.

After this add all the dry spices to the pan and fry till the gravy becomes thick. Add 5-6 tbsp of water and cook it. When the gravy starts to boil, add fried okra to it and mix well, cover the pan and let the vegetable cook for 5-6 minutes. After this turn off the gas. Now add dried mango powder and lemon juice to the vegetable. Tasty Garlic Bhindi Masala curry is ready.
