Ingredients to make Bread Mawa Roll
Bread – 5-6 slices
Mawa – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Cashews – 8
Almonds – 8
Pistachios – 8
Sugar powder – 1 cup
Coconut Bura – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Orange food color – 1 pinch
Desi ghee – as needed

Bread Mawa Roll Recipe
To make Bread Mawa Roll, first of all we prepare sugar syrup. For this, put half a cup of water in a pan and heat it on low flame. When the water starts heating up, add half a cup of powdered sugar and mix it. When the mixture becomes homogeneous and the sugar syrup starts sticking a little, then turn off the gas. Cover the pan and keep it aside. Now take a bread slice and cut all four sides of it and separate them.
Now take another pan and put mawa in it and bake it on medium flame. When the mawa is roasted well, mix orange food color in it and then turn off the gas. After this cut the dry fruits into small pieces. After the mawa cools down, mix chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and sugar. Now take this mixture little by little in your hand and make cylindrical balls.

Now take milk in a deep bottom vessel and dip the bread slices in it first, then squeeze the milk by keeping the bread slices in the palms of both the hands. After this place the Mawa balls in the middle of the bread and make a roll by rounding it. Make rolls from all the bread slices in the same way. After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it. After the ghee is hot, put bread mawa rolls in it and fry them.
