Wheat flour – 1 cup
turmeric powder

How to prepare millet thepla

First of all, take a big bowl, put millet and wheat flour in it and mix both together.

Now add a little turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander leaves, ginger and green chilies to it.

Then add salt and two to three spoons of ghee or olive oil as per taste and mix all the ingredients well in the flour without adding water first.

After that add water little by little and mix it and prepare a smooth dough. Apply some olive oil on top of the dough and cover it and leave it for about half an hour.
