What not to eat with curd
1. Consuming curd with tea- According to TOI news, curd should not be consumed immediately after drinking tea. This causes a reaction between the tannin compound in the tea and the lactic acid in the curd, which can cause stomach ache.

2. Consuming eggs with curd – Consumption of eggs with curd is also considered prohibited. Eggs and yogurt are both good sources of protein. According to Ayurveda both are anti-diet. So consuming eggs and curd together can cause harm.

3. Consumption of curd with fish – Fish is rich in protein, various vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids etc. while curd is also a good source of protein. But both have different types of proteins. Eating curd and fish together is considered taboo in Ayurveda. Both are called anti-diet. Although there is no major study about this in medical science, it has been said that if someone already has an allergy problem, eating curd with fish can lead to skin problems.

4. Consumption of Yogurt with Mango — Mango should not be eaten with curd. The lactic acid in the curd starts reacting with the compound in the mango, causing a lot of gas. This leads to flatulence, which causes digestive problems. This can cause skin rashes. Eating both together can also produce toxins.

5. Consumption of curd with oily food- Eating curd with more fried items can be harmful. Yogurt should not be consumed with parathas, bhaturas, puris, etc., which contain too much oil or ghee. Due to this, there is a problem in the digestive system and there is a feeling of throbbing on the feet throughout the day.

6. Consume curd with onion– Although no vegetable can be made without onion, but onion should not be eaten with curd. Onion will be hot and curd will be cold. That is why both are anti-diet. Eating both together can cause allergies, eczema, psoriasis and even rashes.
