Haryana government has taken a big action against Patwari and Naib Tehsildar. The Haryana government has ordered the suspension of Bhiwani Deputy Tehsildar Alamgir and Patwari Lalit Kumar with immediate effect in the case of late transfer of property of a complainant and submission of false report.

Also, it has been directed to take action under Act-7 against both of them. In this case, the Haryana Right to Service Commission has held the Naib Tehsildar guilty for the late transfer. The commission imposed a fine of 20 thousand rupees on the tehsildar and also ordered to pay compensation of 5 thousand rupees to the complainant.

Chief Minister's OSD Bhupeshwar Dayal said that after the death of Bhiwani resident Kamala Devi, the property was transferred to her and her sister's name as per the registered will of the CM. A complaint was lodged at the window. CM Window took notice of this complaint and sought a report from Naib Tehsildar Alamgir.
