2. The chatbot will ask you to select between DigiLocker or Covin, then select ‘DigiLocker Services’.
3. Now tap ‘Yes’ when the chatbot asks if you have a DigiLocker account. If you don’t have one, create your account by visiting the official website or DigiLocker app.
4. The chatbot will now ask for your 12 digit Aadhaar number to link and authenticate your DigiLocker account. Enter your Aadhaar number and send it.
5. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter it in the chatbot.
6. The chatbot list will show you all the documents linked to your DigiLocker account.
7. Type in the number the document is listed on to download and send it.
8. Your document will be available for download in the chat box in PDF form.
