How to make Sweet Boondi
To make sweet Boondi for Bhog Prasad on Hanuman Jayanti, first start the process of preparing sugar syrup. For this, put 1 cup of sugar in a pan. Put cardamom and one and a half cup of water in it and keep it on the gas to heat on medium flame. Keep stirring it with the help of a spoon until the sugar melts completely. After this, boil the syrup for 5 minutes and then add food color and mix it well, turn off the gas and keep it aside.

Now start the process of preparing boondi. For this add gram flour and food color in a big mixing bowl and mix it well. After this add three-fourth cup of water to the gram flour and mix it slowly. After this add baking soda to the batter and beat it well for 5 minutes and make the solution smooth. After this, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. After melting the ghee, with the help of a large strainer make boondi from gram flour and put it in the pan.
