That means Mail / Express Special and Holiday Special trains will now be served as regular trains. These trains will again run with regular numbers. The circular also said that no extra fare would be charged by the railways on pre-booked tickets and no refund would be given. Railways also said that although special fares are being abolished, train fares will remain at pre-Covid levels. Blankets, concessions and pantry facilities will not be restored as before.
