Mumbai. Former Punjab CM and senior BJP leader Captain Amarinder Singh on Thursday broke his silence on the speculation of being made the Governor of Maharashtra. He said that no one has spoken to me about this (being made the Governor of Maharashtra). I don’t know anything about this.

Captain Amarinder Singh while talking to the media said, “This is pure speculation. No one has contacted me. I know nothing about it. No one has mentioned anything. I told the PM earlier, I am with him where he wants me to be.”

When Singh was asked if he wanted to contest the general elections? To this he said, “No, it is too early. No one has contacted me about this yet.”
