After that this Gatta became more famous and today along with Kalavati country, this Gatta is also known as famous Kalavati Gatta in foreign countries.

This gatta, which is slightly visible in white colour, looks solid and hard in appearance. But as soon as you put it in the mouth, it dissolves completely in a moment like water and gives a feeling of different taste. Sugar syrup is dissolved in milk and dried. While preparing the solution, cloves, cardamom, rose petals, and nuts are added to it. After drying of the solution, it is made by patting it with hand and then raisins, cashews, almonds are applied on it and kevda is used on it for fragrance.
