Four people named as accused
The girl told the police that on Tuesday she boarded an auto near Patna AIIMS. At that time two youths were traveling in the auto. Both got down from the auto at Bhusaula Danapur. After that she was left alone in the auto. The auto driver took him near Santosh Hotel in Baggha Tola and started going up saying that his mother was ill. I am in the hotel room, I will come after seeing. Then he told the girl that what will you do sitting down, come upstairs and sit in the room. Meanwhile, when the girl was taken to the room, three youths were already present there. After that, after closing the room, everyone gang-raped the girl in turn. Seeing the opportunity the next day, the girl ran away from there.
three arrested
Giving information about the case to the local media, the victim’s elder sister told that a case has been registered at Janipur police station. In the written application, Dheeraj, Golu, Ramesh alias Neta and Buchiya have been named as accused. The incident took place on March 18 and when the girl made a written complaint on March 20. Station in-charge S Toppo told that three people have been arrested in this case so far. The arrested accused include Dheeraj, Vishal alias Golu and Buchiya. Pasco Act has been imposed on these people. At present, the police is engaged in further action. In this matter, the FSL team has also been called and the investigation has been done.
